I'm done!

Originally a sketch on paper i did during my free-time.


What's going on in this picture?
Well, let me tell you.
(Amy's P.O.V.)
I was on my way to the airport when Sonic came running up to me. "Where ya goin'?" he asked.
"Away," I responded, without looking back.
Sonic didn't appear to understand, so I looked at him and said, "I'm leaving, don't you get it?"
But still, he stared blankly at me. I sighed as I felt my rage for him build up in my chest. I closed my eyes for a moment as I thought up a way to break it to him. But immidiatly I thought, 'Why should I tell him nicely? He's made me so sad and angry my whole life, he doesn't deserve mercy from me. He broke my heart, maybe I'll break his.'
I looked straight into his eyes as I began to speak, my voice strong. "Now you look here Sonic Hedgehog," I could feel my voice rising with every word.
"I've spent my whole life chasing after you, you were my obsession. I had my eyes opened when I answered my own questions. Why was I chasing you? Because you were running. You don't love me." I started to see tears forming in those big eyes of his, but still, I continued.
"Well you know what? I'm done chasing after you! Done!" I was keeping back my own tears.
"You broke my heart, Sonic! There's nothing left inside for me to love you with." He knelt down to think about what I was saying. He found it by all means true, I'm sure, by the expression on his face when he looked back up at me.
"You wanted to know where I'm going? Well let me tell you! I'm going somewhere where I won't have to look at your face everyday! Somewhere where I'll be happy!" He still looked at me, but now he understood. He could hardly look away from me. But I could look away from him. And I did just that when I walked away to get on my plane, leaving him kneeling in the grass on the sides of the runway.

And there you have it. Basically Sonic finally realized he had feelings for Amy, but unlucky for him by the time this happened, he was already dumped.
